How it works

Follow one entry.

Four stations, and the line runs through all of them.

  1. 01 · Your page

They find you, not a ticket platform.

Your events in your colours and fonts, linked from your own website. Price, next price step and places left at a glance. Keep your site and link to Strandline, or let one of five templates show your events.

Pilot Your own subdomain, such as entry.yourevent.com, goes live with our first organisers.

  2. 02 · The entry

    In, in one go.

No account, no password. A team captain enters and pays, the partner adds their own details from an invitation. Groups of up to 20 go in one order. Institutions pay by invoice with VAT and PO number.

Pilot Card and TWINT payments to your own Stripe account go live with our first organisers.

  3. 03 · Plans change

Plans change. Your inbox stays quiet.

Participants swap their partner, move to a shorter distance or to another date themselves, inside your deadlines and fees. What your rules don't allow, they can't do. When a place opens up, the waitlist sends a timed offer.

  4. 04 · The day

On the day, everyone is expected.

Check in on any phone by QR code and tick off the ID. Bib numbers are ready, seeded by ranking if you like. Your timing partner gets the start list.

Who it's for

Which event is yours?

Built for

Built for races

Swimrun, trail, triathlon, open water. Teams, partner swaps, price phases, waitlists and a start list for your timing partner. This is where Strandline is strongest.

Arven Trail Series, fictional · a race page with its distances

Built for congresses

Member, student and day rates, workshops and the dinner in the same checkout, groups of up to 20 and payment by invoice. Strandline runs next to your abstract tool, not instead of it.

Lumen Congress, fictional · ticket overview with prices and places

Built for festivals

Day and weekend passes, price phases, camping or parking as add-ons, a fair waitlist and QR check-in on any phone. The best fit today: small and mid-size open-air events with staffed gates. A festival form is not built yet.

Campaigns

Know which post sold the entry.

Every entry carries its source: the ad, the newsletter, the partner link. Your dashboard shows entries per day, per category and per channel, so next year's budget goes where it worked. Analytics only run after consent.

Who is behind it

We drew four lines. All of them broke at “Register”.

A swimrun series, a trail race, a congress and an open-air festival: four events we had built websites for. Every journey ended on someone else's platform, with someone else's login. So we built the registration all four needed.

Strandline is our own product. We build it, host it and support it.

Three pilot places for 2027.

We set up your events, rules and look with you, then test the whole journey together before you open registration.
