How it works
One entry, four stations.
Follow a registration from your event page to the start line. Everything runs today, unless it says Pilot. The open demo shows the participant side. Check-in and the organiser back office we show you in a call.

Two ways in
Keep your website, or let us run the event pages.
Registration only
Your website stays. «Register» leads to Strandline in your colours, fonts and logo. For organisers with a website they like.
Pilot Your own subdomain, such as entry.yourevent.com, goes live with our first organisers.
Registration plus template
Strandline also runs your event overview and event pages, in one of five templates. Switch any time, with a live preview.
01 · Your page
They find you, not a ticket platform.
Your events in your colours and fonts, linked from your own website. Price, next price step and places left at a glance.
Pilot Your own subdomain, such as entry.yourevent.com, goes live with our first organisers.
What exactly
- An overview and a page for every event, in your brand
- Current price with the next price step and its date
- «Few places left», sold out with a waitlist, «notify me» for events that open later
- Invitation-only events, for example a championship
- Your own subdomain per organiserPilot
- Pages in German, Swedish and FrenchRoadmap

02 · The entry
In, in one go.
No account, no password. A team captain enters and pays, the partner adds their own details from an invitation. Groups of up to 20 go in one order. Institutions pay by invoice.
Pilot Card and TWINT payments to your own Stripe account and email delivery through your Brevo account go live with our first organisers.
What exactly
- Entry without account or password
- Teams: the captain enters and pays, the partner completes their own details by invitation
- Group registration: up to 20 people in one order, one payment, each person completes their own details
- Price tiers by date, capacity per category, youth discount
- Discount codes with usage limits, optionally limited to specific ticket types
- Add-ons in the same checkout, for example a dinner, with their own capacity
- Payment by invoice for institutions, with VAT and PO number

- Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, Swish and MobilePay, paid to your Stripe accountPilot

03 · Plans change
Plans change. Your inbox stays quiet.
Participants swap their partner, move to a shorter distance or to another date themselves, inside your deadlines and fees. What your rules don't allow, they can't do. When a place opens up, the waitlist sends a timed offer.
What exactly
- «My entry» from the link in the confirmation, no login
- Partner swap, shorter distance, team to solo, name correction
- Transfer to another event or date, with your deadline and fee
- A clear «not possible» with the reason, for what your rules don't allow
- Waitlist with timed offers when places open up
- Passing an entry or ticket to another personRoadmap
04 · The day
On the day, everyone is expected.
Check in on any phone by QR code and tick off the ID. Bib numbers are ready, seeded by ranking if you like. Your timing partner gets the start list.
What exactly
- Check-in on any phone by QR code, ID checked off
- Bib numbers, also seeded by ranking
- Start list export for your timing partner
- Results import by CSV
- Direct connection to timing systemsRoadmap
- Offline scanning, several scanners per gateRoadmap
Your side
One admin for the whole season.

- Every entry with its source. Analytics only run after consent.

- Start list for your timing partner, all your data as one ZIP.
Pilot Sending conversions to GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Brevo goes live with our first organisers.
The back office is not part of the open demo. We show it to you in a call, with your events.

Money, data and leaving
Your money never passes through us.
Pilot Payments to your own Stripe account go live with our first organisers.
Participants pay into your own Stripe account. We send you one invoice a month for our fee, with every entry listed.
- Your data
- Export all your data at any time, in one go, as one ZIP.
- Leaving
- No minimum term for Entry. If you leave, everything goes with you.
- Hosting
- In Switzerland, in a Swiss data centre. Each organiser's data is kept separate.
Questions
What organisers ask first.
Can we keep our timing partner?
Yes. Strandline does registration, not timing. Your partner gets the start list as an export, and you import results as CSV in the Strandline format. A direct connection to timing systems is on the roadmap.
Who receives the money?
You do. From go-live, payments go straight to your own Stripe account. PIXELS never holds participant money. Pilot
Can we leave?
Yes. Export all your data at any time, in open formats. The data belongs to you.
How do we start?
We set up your events, rules and brand. You connect your own Stripe account. GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Brevo we connect as an add-on, included in Series. We test the full journey with you, then you open registration. Pilot
Which languages?
Participant pages in English today. German, French and Swedish are on the roadmap. Roadmap
Where is it hosted?
In Switzerland, in a Swiss data centre. Each organiser's data is kept separate.
See it with your own events.
We set up a demo with your race, congress or festival in your colours and walk you through it in 30 minutes.
Open demo, no sign-up, fictional data, resets every night.
