Fees
How the fee works.
Who pays the Strandline fee?
You decide. Build it into your entry price today. Showing it as a separate «+ fee» line at checkout is on the roadmap.
What about free entries?
Free entries cost nothing up to 500 a year, then EUR 0.50 each.
And the payment fees?
Stripe charges them to your own account, at your Stripe rates. TWINT, Swish and MobilePay follow Stripe's prices for each method. Which methods appear depends on the country of your Stripe account and the currency of the event.
How do you bill the per-entry fee?
We invoice the per-entry fee monthly, with every entry listed. Your entry money never passes through us. Invoices in EUR, or the same figures in CHF, with no exchange rate: setup CHF 2,400, at least CHF 1 and never more than CHF 12 per paid entry.
Do registrations paid by invoice count?
Yes, like card payments: 2.5 % per paid registration, at least EUR 1 and never more than EUR 12.
What about add-ons?
The 2.5 % applies to the whole amount of a registration, ticket plus add-ons, and the cap of EUR 12 per registration stays. A EUR 690 ticket plus a EUR 120 dinner is EUR 810. 2.5 % of that is EUR 20.25, so you pay EUR 12.
And groups?
Each person in a group is one paid registration, at least EUR 1 and never more than EUR 12 each.
And cancelled entries?
Cancelled entries are free of charge, single or in a group.
What about other currencies?
Entries paid in SEK, NOK, DKK or another currency are converted to EUR at the rate of the payment day. Then the same rule applies: 2.5 %, at least EUR 1, never more than EUR 12, billed in EUR. CHF stays at the same figures without exchange rate.
Is there a minimum term?
Entry and Entry + Template have none. Series runs for three years.
Three pilot places for 2027.
No setup fee for Entry, your rate fixed for three years. We set up your events with you and test the whole journey before you open registration.
