How we handle your data.

Who is responsible

PIXELS AG, Mühlemattstrasse 8, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland, hello@pixels.ch. We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by cyon AG in Switzerland. When you open a page, the server records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser. These logs serve security and operation only and are deleted automatically.

No cookies, no tracking

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to font providers.

To know where a contact request came from, your browser keeps the first page of your visit and any campaign parameters (utm_*) in its session storage. Nothing is sent anywhere until you send the contact form yourself, and the browser deletes it when you close the tab.

Contact form

The demo request form sends nothing by itself. It prepares an email that you send from your own mail app. When you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hello@pixels.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC.
